Samra offers free fully insured shipping to our customers. We will pay for all import duties, custom duties & VAT for shipments made to the USA and the UAE. There are no hidden fees. Customers do not need to pay anything above the stated product price on the website.
Most of our products are ready for shipment; we can dispatch jewelry in two business days of placing an order with us. Should any customization of the jewelry be required our sales consultant will notify you by email of shipment date.
Shipments to the USA, take 4 working days. Shipments to the UK, take 3 working days and shipments to the UAE are delivered by the next working day.
All orders will be shipped via FEDEX/ARAMEX. We will email you the shipping information once we ship your order. You can track your shipment through the link provided on My Account page Click here to Track your Shipment.
